Can I link two tables together?
Yes. The Link field connects records from different tables — for example customers and orders — and you can show values from the linked table with rollup and lookup.
What does a formula field do?
It automatically calculates a value from other fields in the same record — totals, durations, conditional statuses — just like a spreadsheet, but without code.
What are AI fields?
Fields that use AI to generate or classify content: summaries, tags, translations or extracting information from text, automatically for each record.
